In all professional tattoo studios hygiene is fundamental, and at El Flaco Tattoo we are 100% committed. We maintain high standards of cleanliness in all our facilities, ensuring that every area is disinfected accordingly.
Our tattooists and piercers follow all health and safety regulations
Our tattooists and piercers follow all health and safety regulations, using disposable material for each client and ensuring to disinfect and clean before, during and after each tattoo and piercing.
All used needles, as in any professional tattoo studio, are officially disposed of by a regulated company specialized in needle waste disposal, much like a hospital or any type of medical clinic or dentist. It is imperative to comply with all health regulations.
Hygiene does not end once the tattoo or piercing is completed.
Hygiene does not end once the tattoo or piercing is completed. We provide clear aftercare instructions to ensure that your new artwork or piercing remains clean and healthy during the healing process.
Tattoo care: It is essential to follow the instructions we provide you with. This involves keeping the area clean and hygienic, and applying the cream we suggest about 3 times a day.
During the healing process the tattoo must be protected from the sun and it is also important not to go in the sea or swimming pool for the first few days. For holiday makers it is always best to get tattooed on one of the last days of your stay, so to be sure, book ahead and please don’t get sunburnt on the spot you want tattooed!!
When caring for a piercing, cleanliness is essential!
Piercing Care: When caring for a piercing, cleanliness is essential! Do not touch the area and clean with saline solution to avoid infections. Our professionals will give you all the indications and advice for optimized healing.
Laser care - We Give all the necessary indications
Laser care: After a laser session it is essential to protect the skin from the sun, and to keep the area clean with a little hydration.
In the studio we will give all the necessary indications and details immediately after all laser tattoo removal sessions.
